How many pictures can I fit on my self portrait tea towel/pillow case or bag?
You can fit up to 150 self portraits on a tea towel and pillow case and 70 on a bag. If you want to fit a large amount of portraits on your product make sure you give the kids a fine black marker to draw with, pictures will come out clearer.
If I send in more than one design for a tea towel/pillow case or bag can I combine orders to get the cheaper price for the quanity?
No, each unique design must be treated as an individual order because there is a set up charge for each design. However you can add your quantities together to calculate shipping for the entire job.
Can I print on both sides of the tea towel, pillow case or bag?
We can only print on one side of the tea towel, however we can print on both sides of the pillow case or bag. If you want to do this treat each side as a unique design and request two templates, one for each side of the pillow case or bag. The charge for printing the second side is an additional $ 3.50 per piece.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery is normally 4 weeks from approval of artwork. Around the holidays it may take a little while longer, so please put in any orders you need for the busy season well in advance.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made either by sending a check payable to “Portrait Press Fundraising” with your completed artwork. Or we will send you a Pay Pal link with your proof. Either method isn’t processed until we receive your approval.
Can I choose a color for the print other than the ones you offer on your website?
We can do a custom color but there is a $ 40 additional fee. We would need a swatch of the color sent along with the original artwork or a pantone color number for matching.
Can I do a reorder?
Yes, we hold on to your artwork for 6 months. However our minimum remains the same, so it is best to make sure you order an adequate amount the first time, don’t forget they’re irresistible !
